“Classy’s Is truly a gem”

“My wife and I have been weekly customers of Classy’s for months now and we love everything about the store. We are new residents of South Carolina and are so grateful that we live so close to such a warm and inviting place. The blend between coffee and thrift shop is genius and I'm impressed with the originality and creativity every time I enter the store. This store is truly a gem to the Spartanburg area and any community would be blessed to have such a unique business operating within it.”

“They're on a whole other level”

“They’re on a whole other level. They’re true visionaries....They could see the finished product when they walked into that old Fresh Market. They’ve hired the right people. It’s truly remarkable.”

"A upscale resale - shop store combo is a match made in heaven for many locals, especially for the multitudes of college students in the area, who long for a place to shop, lounge, do homework"

“Uniquely welcoming”

From the first step inside the front door, it’s clear that people of Classy’s are doing something different. And it’s working.  The thrift shop portion of the space is designed in a way that encourages you to take your time and leisurely look for that “new to you” treasure hiding on the racks.  There’s something uniquely welcoming about a place that gives second hand items first class treatment.

great deal.”

"It’s amazing to see the items that the community donates to us on a regular basis - from high end name brand clothing, to vintage home goods, and expensive furniture. The best part is customers are always able to walk out with a great deal on their thrift shop finds”

“Unlike any other in this catagory”

They created a stylish and attractive space that creates an upscale shopping experience unlike any other in this category.

The decor is neutral and comfy, exactly what I want from a neighborhood coffee joint.  The baristas are on their game always, and can craft anything to your liking.

I love this store! I love the cleanliness and the excellent way it is organized. The employees are very helpful and kind. I took my friend to this store and she absolutely loves it!! I love the quality of the items that are for sale. The prices are not like other thrift stores in the area, however you have to pay for quality, plus the proceeds go to a good cause. I will continue to shop here. Keep up the great work brown roof!! - Mariam

There are a lot of reviews complaining this place is too expensive. I want to know what planet these people are from. "Omg it's gotten so expensive! I used to buy shirts for $5 I'm 2015 and now in 2022 they're $8!" As if time and economics never happened. One person wrote a treatise about how it was confusing to them that glasses were sold individually and not as a set. When I looked, it was clear, just from my experience in thrift stores, that these were all individual pieces sold separately. What kinds of thrift stores have these people been shopping at? This is actually one of the nicer thrift stores I've been in and everything is really very well priced. Not a thing caught my eye as being overpriced. Contrast this to, say, Carol's Hope by Tractor Supply, which has more antiques than thrifted items (can't speak for the clothes).I do agree that the place is very dimly lit, but with the overhead most thrift stores have, I reckon this does a good job of making blemishes of the leased space less noticeable. Would recommend. Will be visiting again. I love this store! I love the cleanliness and the excellent way it is organized. The employees are very helpful and kind. I am a regular I come here weekly, I'm a stay at home mom and for a few extra bucks I resell name brand clothing I find and sell it online. This place has a lot of goodies, especially for a reseller...Great brands like tory burch, kate spade ect. Priced fairly my only complain is how some items do have defects which I wish they would do a discount on the items that do have those defects. Now as far as staff, I do not have any complaints..I'm someone who likes to just mind my own business get in and get out so I don't really have much to say. One thing that I would suggest is giving more rewards for their loyal regulars...they have their point system but it really doesn't save much. I gave a 4 star out of 5 because of the select issues...not giving enough rewards for regulars, not giving discounts on select items that have major wear like big stains and holes, and staff could be more welcoming considering I go in every week. It's not a deal breaker but it's just something to keep in mind. If you are a reseller I would definitely come check it out...it makes clothes hunting a lot easier compared to goodwill where you have to search every little aisle to find the things you want. Here they are organized by brands so makes it a lot easier for us resellers. Now to point out...the negative reviews and arguing in past reviews from the owner....don't let that discourage you from going there. If the owner wants to be unprofessional let her be...you can find some really good finds! ? - Amy Quinn

One of my favorite places to shop. Lots of name brand clothes…I even found a pair of new Vera Wang sandals. Sometimes the clothes still have tags on them. - Amy McGaha

Great deals on everything. If they don't have it on Monday it may be there Tuesday. A wonderful place to find work you are looking for - Michael Mahaffey

I have been here a few times and the store is always clean, the clothes are well organized. I do not have any complaints on the overall. I enjoy shopping in a clean store where I can see everything unlike other thrift stores that are so unkempt. I like the variety of merchandise as well. Hopefully this place will stay open so I can continue to find treasures!!!! -XerneasKitty Meow

Overall priced well. Got two brooks brothers polos for $8 each. Decent selection of men’s sizing including brands like BB, Ralph Lauren, Nike, Gitman, etc.my only criticism is that the dressing rooms are closed, which is absurd for a thrift store where you don’t know if something fits. In addition, there’s a selection of overcoats towards the front going for $130+ that are less than 40 on eBay. Almost no men’s blazers. Good for casual polos _ Decatur Wells

First time there, they have a little bit of everything. Books, men and women's clothing, DVD's, lighting,Housewares, furniture, toy's etc. James Hubbard
